As a full-time working mother of three, I understand how difficult it can be to fit exercise into an already overwhelming routine. I used to put a ton of pressure on myself to work out for an hour each day and at a very high intensity. For me, this led to heightened stress levels, exhaustion, and disappointment in myself if I didn’t fit in the entire hour at least five days per week. It just wasn’t working.

So, I started focusing on shorter, lower intensity workouts that were conducive to my full schedule and left me feeling strong and energized. That’s why I’ve created a program to meet the needs of anyone with a busy lifestyle. There is something here for every kind of day so that you can maintain consistency without the added stress. After all, consistency truly is key! Having the ability to exercise is such a wonderful privilege, so we should choose a form that makes us WANT to move our bodies and leaves us feeling amazing!
